DSI Deposition Sciences Inc
Corporate / Manufacturing Headquarters
In 2001 DSI relocated is operations from five buildings in the Santa Rosa Business Park into the former Lasercraft Santa Rosa facility. The Fifth Resource, Inc. developed the programming and the design for this state of the art manufacture with clean rooms, chemical handling and storage and government classified secured rooms. Construction and Interior Fitout Management were the responsibility of The Fifth Resource Project Manager.

Deposition Sciences, Inc recently moved from the Santa Rosa Business Park
to 3300 Coffey Lane (formerly the Lasercraft Facility). When it came time
to select the Architect, Project Manager and Contractor, they turned to
those who they had long term relationships. Ed Sohl, Architect and Jim
Ford, Engineer / Project Manager, started their relationship 20 years ago
when Ed and Jim work with the founders of DSI. Ed and Jim designed the 3M /
OCLI Optical Coating Facility in the Santa Rosa Business Park from which DSI
recently vacated as part of their relocation. Like many of The Fifth
Resource, Inc's projects, the new facility allowed to be under one roof for
more efficient operation within this consolidated facility, as well as
provide for a state of the art Thin Film Coating Facility which meets
current industry standards and government regulations. The photo in the
preceding SW&A ad shows the chemical containment and storage addition.
