Winery Expansion Remodel
1183 Dunaweal Lane, Calistoga
In the Summer of 2000, The Fifth Resource, Inc developed the Use Permit Application and work with Napa County Conservation, Development and Planning Department to obtain approval to expand and take the original 3,725 square foot barrel cellar and tasting room with exterior winery operation with a production capacity of 20,000 gallons per year to 81,480 gallon per year. The remodeled winery fully enclosed all operations into the metal building addition of 14,360, which looks like a turn of the century (1800's) wine barn adjoining the existing farm cottage.
The Fifth Resource, Inc worked with Wright Contracting and Winemaker/General Manager Gerard Zanzonico to complete the production area in time for the 2001 Crush, while keeping the winery operational and open to the public for tasting.

While the exterior is of vintage design the interior is modern with contemporary Tasting Room. Stonegate has become a jewel of the Napa Valley.
