Strategic Facility Planning

In January 1999 IDC moved into this 86,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing facility. The Fifth Resource, Inc., started with a needs assessment and developed IDC Strategic Facility Plan which became the basis for a regional request for proposal for a build to suit to Lease. The Fifth Resource, Inc., coordinated the site and building design. As the owners Project Representative designed tenant improvements and managed the general contractor, Panattoni Development Company, for this build to suit.
