SOLANO RECYCLES
Site Selection and MRRF Design

The Fifth Resource, Inc. has master planned for Solano Recycles a 12.5 acre parcel for a Material Resource Recovery Facility (MRRF) to service the City of Fairfield's recycling needs and compliance with State of California AB939 (waste reduction mandate).

The Fifth Resource, Inc. has worked closely with City and County Agencies in their site search to locate the Solano Recycles MRRF to minimize community impact. The Fifth Resource, Inc. coordinated site assessment studies of Traffic, Air, Noise, Wet Lands, and Infrastructure Cost to provide an integrated site selection effort.

The total building area is over 220,000 square feet, in addition to the initial MRRF will provide for Self Haul, House Hold Hazardous Waste and Solano Recycles MRRF Administrative Offices.

Programming Need Definition, Site Selection, Entitlements, Master Planning, Recycling Process Design Shell Building Design and Project Management.
