LAKE SONOMA WINERY
Dry Creek Expansion and Remodel

The focus of this project is to make Lake Sonoma Winery both a premiere working winery and the destination to visit at the end of the Dry Creek Valley. The working winery is being designed to product 10,000 cases of estate old vine Zinfandel. The expansion will also, facilitate a micro brewery, expanded hospitality deck with pavilion and a viewing tower. Construction will start Summer of 1997 following final Sonoma County approvals.

Lake Sonoma Winery - Winery on Lower Level and Brewery on Upper Level The Fifth Resource, Inc., LLC designed a one of a kind facility which houses both fully operational winery as well as a micro brewery with hospitality and tasting for both.
