As Project Architect for the Friedman Bros. Santa Rosa store remodel, The Fifth Resource, Inc., facilitated design and design review coordination with the County of Sonoma. The existing Home Improvement Center remained during the 2002 remodel.

Ukiah Store

In addition to being the Project Architect for the Friedman Bros. Ukiah store, The Fifth Resource, Inc., facilitated the site selection and permit coordination with the City of Ukiah. This 80,000 square foot Home Improvement Center was designed and started construction in 1995 and completed Spring of 1996. The site planning included a self-serve drive through yard with 40,000 square foot line shed.
