Corporate Master PlanOptical Coating Laboratory Inc. (OCLI) master site plan was developed during 1980 to 1984, when it was implemented adding 20 acres, creating a 50 acre industrial subdivision (which is still the plan today). This involved site selection, land acquisition and annexation.
This plan incorporated and implementation the new corporate front along North Point Parkway and expanding the site utilities to support the subdivision buildout, including an on site electrical substation.
Programming, Master Planning, Site Selection, Architect Selection, Design, Contractor Selection, Construction and Interior Fitout Management were the responsibility of the OCLI Plant Engineering Manager.
Building D and F are mirror buildings of each other, both 48,000 square feet. D was completed in 1980 and F in 1984.
